Does PharmaNex integrate with Chifa?
PharmaNex supports CNAS/CASNOS insurance claims with batch submission and reimbursement tracking. Chifa card reader hardware integration is on the roadmap.
Can I manage multiple pharmacy terminals?
Yes. Professional tier supports multi-terminal with real-time sync via WebSocket. Enterprise adds full accounting and RBAC.
How does expiry management work?
PharmaNex tracks expiry dates at the batch level. Automatic alerts warn you before products expire. Auto-discount rules let you set percentage discounts based on months before expiry.
Is there a drug interaction checker?
Drug interaction checking is on the development roadmap. Currently, PharmaNex provides equivalent drug search by DCI (active ingredient) to help pharmacists find alternatives.
How is PharmaNex different from PharmaX or Shabakett?
PharmaNex is the only pharmacy software in Algeria with offline sync, full accounting module, FEFO dispensing, and controlled substance logging in one product.
